JARL Ham Fair 2011 Report

JARL Ham Fair 2011 was held at Tokyo Big Sight, Ariake, Tokyo
on August 27th (Sat.) and 28th (Sun.). We had about 32,000 participants for two days.
Thanks to all visitors, manufacturers, retailers, clubs and volunteers at JARL Ham Fair 2011.

Ham Fair 2012 will be held on August 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), 2012 at the same place.
We hope to see you again in 2012!

In the morning of first day, a lot of participants were in front of the entrance gate,
and there were long lines until noon.
Participants were 21,000 on Aug. 27th and 11,000 on Aug. 28th.

DXCC Card Checking
MVP Manager, ARRL, NN1N Dave Patton has participated for checking
cards of DXCC applications this year with assisting JARL card checkers.
On the first day, ARRL President N3KN also participated to check
applications at DXCC desk.

There were 306 applications this year.
